Even the Alpha Explosion, just like the Head Graphene Touch Alpha Pro that we have seen in this review, it's a racket designed for a fairly high end.

Which means a carbon frame which is quite common to cheap and more expensive shovels, as it is really difficult to do without them.

However, it is distinguished by one Graphene surface, a material that guarantees durability and much superior technical properties.

The beating heart is of Comfort Foam rubber, which reduces vibrations and gives the racket the right elasticity in all circumstances.

This choice is a bit surprising when put in relation to the name of the product, but it is a divergence that we will find again and again in this review.

 

Shape

The hybrid form of the Alpha Touch can also be found here on the Touch Explosion, which once again does not fail to leave us perplexed.

The idea was to create a hybrid between the drop (here the explanation) and the diamond (explained here), but not like many other rackets from other brands.

Here the feeling is more like holding one in your hand quite pure drop shovel, which then also reappears on the field.

Is this hybrid any good or is it purely commercial? We could not find the answer to this question.

Again surprisingly it's a racket that looks like it focus everything on balance, which the name would not say at all.

How it goes on the pitch

Field proven in this review, the Head Graphene Touch Explosion performs really well, so well that feels like playing with the Touch Pro.

In fact, by really going through them down to the smallest detail, it's really hard to find differences substantial between these two models.

Both are balanced, vote on reasoned game but which also wink at those who love to push a little more, with one slightly rough surface to give effect.

So what changes? We weren't able to answer this question, it seemed more like a more than substantial stylistic variant of the Touch Pro.

Is this thing bad? Absolutely not, the Touch Pro is one fantastic racket that we really loved and would recommend to anyone, as we would the Touch Explosion.

In the end we can say that this Head we believed was a powerful version of the Pro, with that Explosion in the name that suggests very powerful shots.

In the hand, however, it turned out to be a racket too similar to the other, with little more than the style to divide the two models.

The advice is to choose the one you prefer according to the colors, in any case you will be happy with your choice.
